Itinerary
CUSCO – KM 104 – MACHUPICCHU
Our 2-day Inca Trail tour to Machu Picchu starts early, around 3:30 a.m. We’ll take the 5:00 a.m. train from Ollantaytambo to Km. 104. The hike is suitable for those aged 12 and up with moderate fitness levels. We’ll visit Chachabamba, the Phuyuwachi waterfall, and Wiñayhuayna. We’ll reach the Sun Gate, with a view of Machu Picchu, and then descend to the citadel. Finally, we’ll take a bus to Aguas Calientes for an overnight stay in a hotel. This route is one of the world’s most attractive, featuring stunning geography and a diversity of landscapes and climates.
MACHUPICCHU – LOST CITY OF THE INCAS
In the morning, we’ll have breakfast at the hotel and take a 25-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu for a guided tour. Machu Picchu is an agricultural engineering wonder and a major tourist attraction. In the afternoon, we’ll return by train to Ollantaytambo and transfer you back to your hotel in Cusco.INCLUDED
